The Hunger Project celebrates World Breastfeeding Week from August 1-7, a time to galvanize a variety of actions and engage with a wide range of actors around the promotion, protection and support of breastfeeding.

It is with great sadness that The Hunger Project family around the world mourns Prof. Dicko, our Vice President of Africa Programs and beloved staff member for more than 20 years.

Former President of Botswana Ketumile Masire died in the capital city of Gaborone on June 22 at age 91. The Hunger Project deeply mourns his loss.
