Tanisha Singh, a second-generation activist and investor is representing The Hunger Project-New Zealand as part of a Hunger Project delegation joining 180 young people from organisations around the world attending the 13th World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates. A senior consultant with Deloitte, and a graduate in development economics from the London Schools of Economics, Tanisha offers thoughtful leadership on the issues of peace, human rights and poverty from a young professional Kiwi’s perspective.
Tanisha heads for Warsaw, Poland in mid-October. “I am very excited to be representing The Hunger Project-New Zealand in Warsaw,” says Tanisha. “There are many emerging young, professional Kiwis who like myself are keen on making a sustainable change in the lives of others around the globe. I look forward to sharing my experiences of the summit with The Hunger Project community in New Zealand on my return.”
