Ruchi is in charge of programme strategy, implementation and management across ten states. She also supervises the training portfolio and is responsible for mainstreaming gender in all interventions. She has been with THP since 2007. She has worked on issues related to women’s rights and human rights in South Asia and South East Asia. She has over ten years work experience in the development sector and in advertising. Ruchi holds a Masters Degree in International Development from the School of International Service, American University, Washington DC.
