Kayla Massey joined The Hunger Project in 2025 and serves as Associate Director, Major Gifts, where she cultivates relationships with individual investors and corporate partners committed to advancing the mission of a world without hunger. Across the Southeast, she connects investors with meaningful opportunities to contribute to lasting, community-led change.

Kayla brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit development, building thoughtful engagement strategies and partnerships that connect people with the missions they care about. She holds a Master of Public Administration and Policy Analysis from American University’s School of Public Affairs in Washington DC.
