Country Leader – THP Ghana

Are you a Ghanaian experienced leader of integrity, champion of creating a world without hunger, through holistic, human-centered strategies, starting with women, mobilizing communities, and partnering with Government?

Position Summary:
The Country Leader serves as the leader of all THP activities within the Program Country, is responsible for translating the global strategic vision into strategic country plans, providing strategic leadership, and overall staff and programmatic management to achieve THP’s mission and objectives. The Country Leader oversees all aspects of country strategy, program implementation, staff management, financial supervision, grant management, fundraising, representation, communication and influence, safety and security, compliance with legal requirements, and good governance. The Country Leader is the external spokesperson for the organization and is charged with driving impact and influence at the national level.
