Solving Problems Together in Mozambique

May 26, 2009

caetano_malhaule.previewMr. Caetano Malhaule is the President of Chokwe Epicenter. He is 35 years old, married and the father of five children. For 10 years, he worked in South Africa and he later decided to come back to Mozambique. In 2008, he was invited by some epicenter villagers to be part of THP-Mozambique because of his dedication to community work. He was elected as president of the epicenter in 2008. Mr. Malhaule has mobilized other members of the community to fix the irrigation system at Chokwe Epicenter. It was hard work, and a lot of money was needed to solve the problem. He therefore mobilized the community to join hands and solve the problem together.

Mr. Malhaule is now attending literacy classes. He considers agricultural activities, AWFFI and literacy classes as the most relevant actions. He is committed to THP and all of its activities.
