Development Associate

Position Summary

The Development Associate is a collaborative, supportive and organized individual, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. The Development Associate is a key partner to and directly report to the Global Vice President who leads business development, fundraising, communications, and support to global governance bodies. The role will collaborate across departments, and work regularly with the Executive Team and country leaders, as well as fundraising colleagues worldwide. As such, this is an opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain experience across multiple functional areas, all while being part of a dynamic and passionate team, whose purpose is to mobilize, sustain and expand the worldwide constituency of individuals and organizations who are committed to creating a world without hunger.

This full-time position is based out of THP’s Office in New York City, and remote candidates are welcome to apply, with a strong preference for candidates based in the NYC area. The position reports to the Global Vice President, Fundraising and Communications, and is non-exempt from overtime.
