BIO

Dianna F. Lourenco has over eleven years of working experience and holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Political Science from Miranda House College, Delhi University (India) and currently studying for a Post Graduate Diploma in Global Health Procurement and Supply Chain Management at the Empower School of Health. Most recently, Dianna worked as a SIGLUS Manager for five years. Her main responsibilities included training development, cultivating and strengthening relationships with local partners, donors, government, multilateral agencies and private sector as well as management of a system (from maintenance to scale-up and implementation of new solutions) and maintaining a pipeline of new opportunities and supporting proposal development.

Dianna worked at the Village Reach as a System Design Officer improving provinces’ supply chain using various demonstration models and advocating for the innovations of these systems at a national level. She also has monitoring and evaluation experience, she is skilled in data analysis, SELV and OpenLMIS information systems. Previously, as a Program Management Office Coordinator at International Relief and Development, she contributed to coordinating administrative, financial, human resources, logistic and programmatic activities for different projects and supporting proposal development.

Dianna also has worked as a Manager for General Insurance and Health Plan at Maleseguros, Insurance Broker assisting clients with creating insurance and health plans. Through these experiences, she has developed strong project management, business development and relationship building skills with government counterparts, implementing partners and multilateral agencies. Dianna is passionate about improving the livelihoods of people in Mozambique and dedicated to driving change in difficult and different environments.
