Leslie Gbedji brings 15 years of professional experience in local program development and management, entrepreneurship and project coordination. Prior to joining the organization, he worked at the International Center for Development and Research (CIDR-French NGO) and Cotonou’s Center for Local Economic Development as a program officer. He was later appointed CEO of a company of Beninese law from 2008 to 2011.

Leslie earned a DESS in micro-enterprise management and a master’s in project management. He is also a representative of Benin to the International Conference of the Association of Students Clubs Contractors Quebec (Quebec CEAA) held in the river wolves in Canada in November 2006.
