Associate, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

Position Summary

The Hunger Project (THP) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its global Program team. The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Associate will support Program offices around the world to collect, organize, analyze, and learn from monitoring and evaluation data. They will act as a liaison and point of contact for Program Country MEL teams, as well as with the grants management team. The position is fully remote, with the option of staff living in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut working from the Headquarter Office in New York City. This is a full-time position, and will report to the Associate Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning (MEL). This is a non-exempt salaried position and is eligible for overtime. The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $60,000 USD, not including an annualized cafeteria plan allowance currently fixed at $18,000. The candidate must have eligibility to work in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship in the future.
