Francis Osei-Mensah is the Assistant Monitoring and Evaluation officer at The Hunger Project-Ghana. He received his first degree in Sociology and Social Work from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2008 and officially joined THP-Ghana in 2010. He has contributed immensely to making the M&E system very robust, bringing innovative ways of measuring progress with his research abilities and information technology skills. He has in-depth knowledge in Participatory M&E methods and has an impressive background in advanced quantitative techniques and research methods. He has facilitated a number of impact studies including a MDG survey–the outcome evaluation pilot project (OEPP) in Ghana where The Hunger Project implemented an electronic survey for the first time with the use of an iPod touch and iFormbuilder platform.
